TERP Module
Run the whole outpatient clinic — queue, consultations, pharmacy, lab and one bill — with a doctor app, a patient portal and a website.
Everything an OPD clinic does, on one record. The front desk registers patients and gives out tokens; a live queue board shows who is waiting and for how long. Doctors work their own queue from a phone app, writing the consultation, vitals and prescription as they go. The pharmacy dispenses straight off that prescription — or sells over the counter on a full till — taking stock from your shared inventory soonest-expiry-first. The lab takes the tests the doctor ordered, records results with automatic high/low flags against each reference range, and prints a report. Then the consultation fee, the medicines and the tests land on one invoice, so the patient pays once, and it posts to the ledger split by source. Patients sign into their own portal by phone to see visits, prescriptions, lab reports and bills. Staff see only their own area — a pharmacist runs the till without ever reading a diagnosis.
Key features
See it in action
A patient books on your website at 9.15 with the doctor they want — the site only offered times that were genuinely free.
They arrive. The front desk checks them in and hands over token #4; the queue board starts counting their wait.
The doctor calls them in from a phone app, records vitals and a diagnosis, prescribes two medicines and orders a blood test.
The pharmacy dispenses those medicines against the prescription; stock comes off the earliest-expiry batch automatically.
The lab takes the sample and enters the results — a low haemoglobin flags itself in red on the report.
At the counter one invoice covers the consultation, the medicines and the test. The patient pays once, and the ledger splits it three ways.
That evening they open the portal on their phone and read their prescription and lab report — and the owner sees the takings, waiting times and expiring stock for the day on one dashboard.
Try it yourself
Back office: workspace demo, admin / admin123. The doctor app signs in with PIN 1001. The patient portal takes a phone number — the code is shown on screen while SMS is off. Everything you see is running on real records, not screenshots.
