TERP Module
Rent out your fleet — cars, vans, bikes — with agreements, deposits, a yard app and a settled ledger.
A focused vehicle-hire business in one module. Keep a fleet with rates, insurance and licence expiries; take bookings from a public site; hand vehicles over and take them back from a phone; charge extra kilometres, late days and damage on return; hold a refundable deposit; and settle the folio into a balanced voucher. Customers pay a balance online through iPay, and revenue is recognised at settle — never at booking.
Key features
See it in action
A customer finds a car on your hire website and sends a booking request for the weekend.
You confirm it at the desk; the car is held so nobody can double-book it.
They pay part of the balance online through iPay — it sits as a customer advance, a liability, because the hire has not started.
Your yard hand opens the Yard app on a phone, signs in with a PIN, and records the odometer and fuel as the car goes out.
On return the app captures the odometer back; extra kilometres and a late day are worked out automatically.
You settle the folio: the advance is released into revenue, the deposit refunded, and one balanced voucher records the sale.
Try it yourself
The public hire site is live with a full sample fleet. The customer portal signs in with username demo / password demo1234 (or by phone 0771234567 — SMS is off in the demo, so the code shows on screen). The yard app opens with PIN 1234. Back office: workspace demo, admin / admin123.
Full back-office: https://terpapp.semicolans.com/login · workspace demo · user admin · password admin123
Demo data resets periodically. Please don’t enter real personal information.
