Run a distribution channel on the ERP you already have — distributors, the outlet network, beats, tier pricing and secondary orders.
Distribution is a channel layer on top of the rest of TERP, not a separate system. Map your selling areas as territories, register the distributors who serve them, and load the outlet network underneath — dealers, retailers, wholesalers, franchise stores, supermarkets and key accounts, split by trade channel and pinned on a free OpenStreetMap map. Every distributor and outlet is a normal customer account, so credit and receivables sit in Accounts with everyone else rather than in a silo. Price the catalogue once per channel tier — distributor, dealer, retail — using ordinary price groups, so an order prices through the same engine the POS and Sales use. Then take secondary orders for an outlet at that outlet's own tier, with the server re-reading every price so a device you do not control can still be trusted to take orders. Group the shops into beats — the repeatable, ordered visit routes a rep works — ready for the field app.
