Built for mosques, welfare societies and community trusts. Keep a full family and member register (with unique NIC), run monthly contributions with automatic charge generation and defaulter tracking, and manage donations, campaigns, Zakat, Uluhiya/Qurban shares, interest-free (Qarz-e-Hasana) loans, relief distributions, certificates and life events — every rupee posting to one shared ledger the committee can trust. Families get their own portal to check dues, give donations, calculate and pay Zakat, reserve Uluhiya shares and raise help or loan requests; a door-to-door collector records contributions on a phone; and the office is kept in the loop with SMS notifications and automatic dues reminders.

A family scans the society QR, verifies their mobile with a one-time code, enters their NIC and registers; the office approves them and they get a welcome SMS with their family code.
They sign in to the family portal, see their monthly dues, and give a donation and their Zakat straight from the portal.
The door-to-door collector records their monthly contribution on a phone — it posts to the shared ledger instantly.
When they need help, they raise a help or interest-free-loan request from the portal; the committee approves it from the office inbox and the family is notified.
The committee sees collection totals, outstanding dues, donations and loans across every family — all reconciled in one ledger.
Try it yourself
First open the back-office (admin login) then go to VillageCare → Data Tools → “Add / top-up sample data” to seed and publish this demo. Then browse the society website, self-register a family (the OTP shows on screen in demo mode), and sign in to the family portal to give a donation, calculate Zakat, reserve an Uluhiya share, or raise a help / loan request.
