TERP Module
Your own WhatsApp number, answered day and night by an assistant that only ever says what you have told it — and takes orders while you are asleep.
WhatsApp Assistant connects your own WhatsApp Business number and puts an AI assistant behind it. The rule the whole module is built around is that it answers from your knowledge and nothing else: not from what it knows about businesses in general, not from a good guess. Ask it something you have not written down and it does not invent an answer — it hands the conversation to a person and marks it unread for you. That is deliberate, because an invented opening time is a customer standing outside a locked door and an invented price is an argument at the counter, and both land on the owner who never said either thing. You teach it by writing knowledge base articles, or by uploading a price list or brochure and letting it read them into articles you can then check and correct. Customers who ask what you sell get a tappable catalogue with your real prices, straight from your product list. When somebody wants to buy, the assistant works out what they want and the server prices it — it is never given a price it could be talked into changing. Orders arrive in Online Orders, included with this add-on, with the same reference series, cash on delivery, couriers and labels as an order typed at your desk, so a chat sale is the same sale everywhere else in your books. By default a person confirms each one against the conversation that produced it before it reaches the order book. Your own staff can link their phones and ask the same number about the business — limited to exactly what their role already lets them see, and unable to change anything. And when you want to reach everyone, campaigns send a template Meta has approved, in batches, skipping anybody who has ever replied "stop".
Key features
See it in action
A customer messages your number after closing: "hi, what do you have?"
The assistant sends a tappable list of your categories. They tap Rice, then tap Red Rice — and are told the price, straight from your product list, and asked how many.
They ask whether you deliver to their town. That is written in your knowledge base, so it answers. They ask whether you do wholesale rates, which is not — so it says a colleague will confirm and hands the conversation over.
They order two bags and give a name and an address. The assistant repeats it back with the total, and tells them somebody will confirm shortly — no order number yet, because it is not confirmed yet.
Your phone gets an SMS: an order is waiting.
In the morning you open Chat Orders, read the actual conversation beside the order, correct the quantity they changed their mind about, and confirm. A real order appears in Online Orders, and the customer gets the confirmation with its number.
Try it yourself
Sign in and open WhatsApp → The Assistant. The Try it box runs the real assistant against the demo workspace's knowledge and sends nothing to anybody, so you can ask it a question it can answer and then one it cannot, and watch it refuse rather than invent. There is no public link to show for this module: its customer-facing side is a live WhatsApp number, which needs your own Meta account and approval to connect, and a demo number would be pretending otherwise.
