A staff member accepts it; the kitchen display shows the ticket and prep timer starts.
A rider is assigned, streams live GPS, and the customer watches them approach on a map.
On delivery the cash is reconciled to the rider, and the sale posts to the ledger with the day’s dashboard updating live.
