A last-mile courier run end to end. A parcel is booked with a price worked out from your own rate card, given a waybill it keeps for life, and pushed through one board — booked, picked up, at a hub, in transit, out for delivery, delivered — where every move leaves a line on its trail. Riders work from a phone: their pickups and deliveries, one tap to collect, a signature and a photo to prove a handover, and the COD to take at the door shown big because it is cash in their pocket. And underneath it, two rules most software for this trade gets wrong. Freight is not income when it is paid — it is held until the parcel is actually delivered, so a month of prepaid bookings does not flatter the books. And COD is not your money at all — it is the shipper's, collected and owed back, tracked as cash-with-riders on one side and owed-to-shippers on the other, so it can never look like profit you can spend. The customer, meanwhile, tracks their own parcel on a free live map and pays online if you let them.
