TERP Module
Paddy in, rice out — weighbridge, moisture, milling recovery and the books, in one place.
A rice mill is a conversion business: paddy goes in, and head rice, broken rice, bran and husk come out at yields that change with every batch. TERP weighs the lorry, tests the moisture, deducts for it, buys the paddy at the day's rate, and keeps each intake as its own costed batch. Milling splits that batch's cost across the outputs by what they will actually fetch, so you know the true cost of a kilo of rice — not an average. Custom milling, where the farmer keeps his own rice and pays a fee, runs alongside it.
Key features
See it in action
The lorry drives onto the weighbridge; the yard hand records the gross weight from his phone.
A sample is tested — 16.2% moisture, so the slab table deducts 3% of the weight.
The mill buys the payable weight at today's rate. Stock, a supplier bill and a balanced voucher all post together.
The batch is milled: 68% head rice, 9% broken, 8% bran, 14% husk. Bran and husk are credited at what they sell for, and what is left is split between head and broken by their relative value.
You can now see what a kilo of that rice really cost — and the recovery against your own standard.

Back office: workspace demo, admin / admin123. The yard app signs in with PIN 1234. The portal takes a farmer's phone number — the code is shown on screen while SMS is off.
