You offer a seat and enrol them into a batch; the fee is agreed and the balance tracked.
They pay online through iPay — it posts a balanced receipt to the ledger, recognised as income.
They sign into the learning portal: lessons to work through, an assignment to submit, an auto-graded quiz.
Their teacher marks attendance and enters marks from a phone; the parent follows progress in the parent portal.
On completion a certificate is issued with a QR code anyone can verify.
Try it yourself
The teacher app opens with PIN 1234. The student portal signs in with aisha / demo1234. The parent portal signs in by phone (0771000001) — SMS is off on the demo, so the code shows on screen.
