Metered water and utility billing — monthly readings, consumption bills, payments and arrears, like an electricity bill.
Made for community water schemes, estates and apartment sub-metering. Put each customer on a meter and a tariff, enter readings once a month to raise consumption bills with a fixed charge, collect payments, and carry arrears forward automatically. Revenue is recognised on billing as a receivable and cleared on payment; customers are shared across TERP.

Bills are generated in one go — consumption times your rate, plus the fixed charge, plus any arrears.
A customer pays at the office; you record it and their balance clears.
Whoever has not paid is carried forward onto the next bill, and shows on the Outstanding list.
