The front desk sells supplements and merchandise through a full POS that posts to the ledger, and the online shop feeds the same counter. Members sign into their own portal by phone to see what is left on their plan, their PT sessions and class bookings; trainers and front-desk staff run the floor from a PIN app that also clocks them in and out. A branded multi-page website, an enquiry inbox, automatic expiry and class reminders, and a live owner dashboard complete it.

A trainer signs into the PIN app, checks them in, marks class attendance and logs a PT session — and is clocked in for the shift automatically.
