A bin-level warehouse that sits on your Inventory — receive, put away, pick, count and transfer, on the desk or a phone scanner.
Warehouse is a placement layer on top of your existing Inventory: it tracks which bin every unit is in, without ever keeping a second, forked stock figure. Receive a Purchase GRN into a warehouse, put it away with directed bin suggestions, and read a live stock map of on-hand vs binned vs unbinned for every item and batch. Pick orders straight from a Sales delivery note to a staging bin, cycle-count bins with live variance, and move stock bin-to-bin or warehouse-to-warehouse — all value-neutral and reconciled against Inventory. Floor staff do putaway, moves, lookups and picking on a PIN-login phone scanner, and a finished order can be dispatched to Logistics in one click. Money stays where it belongs: placement never changes on-hand, and only a permissioned count adjustment touches the ledger.

A supplier delivery is received in Purchase as a GRN; on Receiving you pull it into the warehouse.
Putaway suggests a pickface bin; a worker scans the product and the bin label on their phone.
A Sales delivery note becomes a pick; the picker gathers it to a staging bin, pickface and oldest batch first.
You send the pick to dispatch — Logistics gets a booked delivery for the customer to price and deliver.
Try it yourself
Load sample data first from Warehouse → Data Tools (it creates bins, bins some stock, and grants the scanner PIN 4321). The phone scanner then opens at /wh-scan/demo with PIN 4321; the back office signs in with admin / admin123.
